夜夜造型代購（YeYeDango）為數位角色形象設計代購平台，提供視覺造型設計等非實體數位內容。一經下單付款，即視為服務正式開始，我們將依據您的指定需求進行設計流程與協調。
因此，我們採取以下退款與退貨原則：
- 數位內容屬性：所有商品屬於「數位形象設計服務」，無法以實體方式交付，也無法退還，售出後恕不接受退貨或退款。
- 資訊確認責任：若您於下單時填寫錯誤資訊（如帳號、造型選擇等），導致設計輸出無法正確對應，恕不提供修改或退款。
- 例外情況處理：若遇合作方取消造型製作或不可抗力因素導致服務無法完成，我們將主動通知並協助處理退款。
- 下單及後續聯繫：請您於付款前再次確認帳號、造型資訊與需求內容。基本上24小時內必可交貨，如果因作者關係延遲，也必定於3天內完成交付，如有疑問，請務必透過 Discord 與我們聯繫。

YeYeDango is a character design delegation platform offering customized visual styling services. All products are classified as digital design content and are not deliverable in physical form. Once your order is placed and payment is completed, the service is considered to have started.
As such, we apply the following refund and return policy:
- Nature of Service: All items are digital character design services and are non-refundable once delivered. No physical goods are involved.
- Client Responsibility: If incorrect information (e.g. account details, character choices) is submitted and leads to incorrect delivery, we cannot offer compensation or refunds.
- Exceptional Cases: If the designer cancels the design or the service cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you proactively and assist with a refund.
- Please Confirm Before Payment: Please double-check your account, avatar details, and order requirements before making payment. Delivery is generally guaranteed within 24 hours. In case of any delay due to the creator’s schedule, we will ensure completion within 3 days. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us via Discord.
